Helping your loved ones to remain in their own home.
We never rush, we don’t believe in 10 minute visits – we believe in helping your loved ones to feel safe, cared for and independent in their own home.
We can offer a quick turnaround from first enquiry to delivering care where there is an urgent need for care. Care cannot always be planned for, and capacity permitting, in these cases, we aim to start care within 48 hours from the initial enquiry.

“Q1Care were the first company I approached and from the initial meeting with them I knew they would be right for my Mum. They took care to understand what she liked, what made her laugh and of course the reasons she needed help. There was flexibility too, which was a key consideration. The team of carers are excellent. They make a positive difference to her quality of life, give her hope and allow her to stay in her own home. There is peace of mind for me too. I can honestly say I would recommend Q1Care to anyone looking for a professional, quality and compassionate care provider.” J. Novell 2016

“Q1 are very flexible, responsive, knowledgeable and above all very, very caring and I would highly recommend Q1Care. I truly believe they are a very special company who put people first, not only the person they are caring for but also the family members.”
“We are really grateful for all your support in looking after our Mum during her last days of life… you have a wonderful team, ready to go that extra mile.”
“I’ve watched Q1Care grow from a good idea into a great service. Providing thoughtful care and companionship, treating people like individuals and walking with families through difficult days is a skill. It takes knowledge and understanding, patience and expertise, compassion and talent. Q1Care have it all. Their success is based on trust and empathy, reliability and knowledge. I have been priveleged to see, first-hand, the care and attention that has gone into planning and delivering services in this very intimate and sensitive sector of the care market. Well done.” Roy Lilley, NHS expert commentator, writer & broadcaster
